Senior Environmental Engineer

ENERCON's Marietta, GA office has an opening for a Senior/Lead Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineer to serve client needs by evaluating, planning, organizing, and performing consulting services for Electric Utilities. ENERCON is an employee-owned firm that has experienced rapid growth and success and is a recognized leader in the energy industry. We foster an entrepreneurial environment and are seeking a senior-level dynamic professional to join our team and assist in the development of the environmental department.

Manage various projects for utility and industrial clients. Responsible for maintaining schedule, budget, and quality of work.
Achieve client objectives by obtaining information, evaluating concerns and needs, and presenting recommendations both verbally and in written reports.
Develop business and client relationships, assisting with hiring and managing staff as the department grows.

Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Engineering preferably in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical. Master's degree preferred.
PE license required.
Minimum 10 years experience in environmental consulting services including experience performing environmental work in the utility industry.
Must also have project management and industrial experience.
Knowledge of regulations for States in the Southeast Region.
Demonstrated ability to develop business including experience developing proposals.
Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain & develop client relationships.
Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
